Three Services.
One Clear Purpose.
Each service addresses a distinct category of organisational challenge — approached with structure, depth, and genuine attention to your circumstances.
Back to HomeHow Every Engagement Begins
Before any scope is agreed, we hold a scoping conversation — usually ninety minutes — where we learn about your organisation, the challenge you are facing, and what a useful outcome would look like for you. This conversation is free of charge and carries no obligation.
If both sides agree that the fit is right, we document the scope, timeline, fee, and expected outputs in a plain-language engagement letter. Work begins only after that document is reviewed and agreed.
Throughout the engagement, we build our understanding iteratively — combining structured workshops and interviews with independent research and desk-based analysis. We write for clarity rather than length, and we remain accessible to client questions outside of scheduled sessions.
Scoping Conversation
Understand the challenge, the organisation, and the people involved. No charge, no commitment.
Engagement Agreement
Documented scope, fee, timeline, and outputs agreed before any work begins.
Discovery and Analysis
Interviews, workshops, and research conducted to build a thorough picture.
Delivery and Handover
Clear outputs, presentation session, and post-engagement review to close the engagement properly.
Family Business Succession Planning
A sensitive and structured advisory process for family-owned enterprises preparing for generational transitions. Succession is rarely just a governance exercise — it involves relationships, history, and expectations that have been forming for decades. We take all of that seriously.
The engagement covers role mapping and next-generation readiness evaluation, governance framework development, and conflict mediation facilitation. It runs over two months and involves private interviews with family members and key non-family executives before any collective workshops begin. Intended for businesses with ten or more years of operation.

Cross-Cultural Partnership Design
Joint ventures between Thai and international firms fail more often due to cultural misalignment than commercial disagreement. This service addresses that gap directly — helping both sides understand how the other operates, what they expect, and how to build a partnership structure that holds under real pressure.
Delivered through bilateral workshops, cultural intelligence briefings, and partnership agreement advisory over four weeks. The engagement concludes with a Partnership Health Framework that both organisations can use to monitor and maintain the relationship after we step back.

Corporate Sustainability Integration
Sustainability that sits at the margins of organisational strategy tends to produce compliance-oriented reporting that satisfies nobody — not investors, not regulators, and not the organisation itself. This six-week program helps enterprises weave environmental and social considerations into their core strategic thinking.
Includes materiality assessments, stakeholder consultation design, ESG reporting readiness reviews, and a sustainability roadmap aligned with regional frameworks. Appropriate for mid-to-large enterprises facing evolving regulatory and investor expectations.
